With
the addition of a state of the art modeling program BGR Engineers
has become one of the few firms in the country that can provide detailed
analysis of a building's design. The program utilizes a common three-dimensional
model to integrate all aspects of a building performance. This integration
allows us to perform thermal and daylight simulations. When implemented
early in the design phase the I.E.S. program can provide designers
with a glimpse of how building features can impact performance.
